How They Work

Film Placement: A positive film (artwork) is placed on the emulsion-coated screen frame.

Vacuum & Contact: A vacuum system or heavy glass ensures the film is pressed tightly against the emulsion, eliminating gaps.

UV Exposure: UV LED lights emit specific wavelengths (around 390-400nm for PCB) to harden the
emulsion where the light hits, hardening it except where the film blocks the light. -
Image Transfer: After exposure, the unhardened emulsion is washed away, leaving a stencil for printing.
