- The HR 204 Thermal (Hot) & Cold Lamination Machine has been manufactured by Hariram since 2005.
- Equipped with a 255 mm diameter highly polished mirror-chromed lamination roller for superior finish quality.
- Utilizes a 3 kW electric/oil heating system for thermal lamination.
- Temperature control up to 120°C, regulated by an IR sensor for precise heating.
- Features automatic hydraulic pressure control ranging from 5 to 60 bar for high-quality lamination results.
- Includes a duplex unwind station, laterally micro-adjustable up to 100 mm.
- Integrated with a water-based lamination coating station.
- Comes with a heavy-duty rewinding station for efficient output handling.
- Uses a friction feeding system with a manual feeding table.
- Equipped with an auto sheet overlapping system for smooth operation.
- Includes a film slitting and perforation device for added versatility.
- Powered by a Bharat Bijlee AC Motor with speed reduction gearbox and variable speed drive.
- Fitted with an electrically operated hydraulic power pack.
- The Induction Motor and Electric Panel are covered by a 1-year repair warranty.

- SS gum tray with worm wheel and U/D (Up/Down) system in the water-based coating station.
- Felt clutch mounted on ball bearing in the heavy-duty rewinding station.
- Manual feeding system with 5 belts and advanced belt adjustment system.
- Standard available sizes: 24”, 32”, 42”.
